A woman in a bikini is only acceptable in our culture since we've compromised with the devil. There is no just cause to accentuate or highlight a woman's form in front of men in public. That is a fallen state, since it deflates the power of attraction. There is no straight healthy man, who will not feel some sort of attraction to a woman in a bikini. If that attraction leads nowhere, it was a waste of signal. That signal is supposed to be used to guide reproduction.
Attraction without proper use is noise for the brain. If women's bodies were reserved for those they trust and care for, we'd have a safer, more intimate world. Otherwise it's throwing away their pearls to anywhere who's in the vicinity, increasing spirits of lust in the world. Women have a choice in this, just as men have a responsibility not to fall into lust, women have a responsibility to help men in avoiding it.
